4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may receive or process your data:
GoHighLevel (GHL)
CRM platform where your business data is stored and managed. GoHighLevel has its own privacy policy governing data handling within their infrastructure.
Stripe
Payment processing. Stripe handles all payment card data in compliance with PCI DSS standards. We do not store your full credit card number.
Google Analytics
Website analytics for understanding traffic and usage patterns. Data is anonymized where possible.
Vercel
Website hosting and deployment infrastructure.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and your subscription is in good standing. After cancellation or account closure, we retain your data for 90 days to allow for reactivation or data export requests. After this 90-day period, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
Some data may be retained longer if required by law (for example, billing records for tax compliance).
